Purpose
TurboPlug Studio is a graphic design and branding studio. Its activity is the creation of visual identities, packaging, labels and graphic materials on commission, as well as the commissioned fabrication of brand objects via 3D printing. TurboPlug Studio does not produce, store, distribute or sell any substance.
Terms of use
Accessing this site implies acceptance of these terms. The user undertakes to make lawful use of the site and its contents and to refrain from any unlawful activity or any activity harmful to the rights of third parties.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, illustrations, designs, trademarks, logos and code) belongs to TurboPlug Studio or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
TurboPlug Studio is not responsible for the use the client or third parties make of the commissioned designs, nor for the legality of the end product they are applied to.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Collado Villalba, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
