Terms & Conditions

Purpose

These govern the contracting of graphic design, branding and commissioned fabrication (3D printing) services through turboplug.studio.

Commission process

• The client requests a quote (configurator or contact).
• TurboPlug Studio confirms scope, price and timelines in writing.
• Work starts once the quote is accepted and, where agreed, the payment or deposit is made.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Accepted payment methods are detailed during checkout. Invoicing and payment follow the applicable tax rules.

Timelines

Delivery times are agreed per commission and may vary with workload and the revisions the client requests.

Revisions

Each commission includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may carry an extra cost, communicated in advance.

File delivery

Final files are delivered in the agreed formats once payment is complete.

Client responsibility

The client warrants that the text, trademarks or references they provide do not infringe third-party rights, and is responsible for the use they make of the delivered designs.

Rights transfer and exclusivity

Once the full price is paid, TurboPlug Studio transfers to the client the exploitation rights (reproduction, distribution and public communication) of the delivered design for the agreed product or line. Moral rights are inalienable and remain with the author.

When a design is sold on an exclusive basis, TurboPlug Studio undertakes not to resell, reuse or reproduce that specific design for any other client. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, TurboPlug Studio may show the design in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

TurboPlug Studio does not transfer rights over elements protected by third-party trademarks or intellectual property. Any reference to third-party marks is included at the client's request and under their sole responsibility.

The design tool (configurator)

The turboplug.studio configurator lets the user compose a preview and get an estimated price. The preview is not the final design: the definitive illustration and lettering are produced by the studio.

The price shown is an indicative estimate, not a binding offer. The firm price is the one TurboPlug Studio confirms in writing in the quote.

Using the tool or saving a configuration creates no right over a design and no obligation to commission for either party until a quote is accepted.

Exploitation rights over the resulting design are transferred to the client only after full payment, under the "Rights transfer and exclusivity" section. Configurations created but not commissioned grant the user no rights, and TurboPlug Studio may freely reuse the base elements (templates, styles, its own typefaces and generated illustration layers) for other projects.

Business clients and consumers

Most commissions are contracted by companies or professionals as part of their business. In those cases consumer protection law and the right of withdrawal do not apply.

Where the client is a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade), the Returns & Withdrawal policy also applies.

Files provided by the client

The client may provide files (logos, text, references) through the agreed channel. In doing so they warrant that they hold the necessary rights or have authorisation to use them, and they hold TurboPlug Studio harmless against third-party claims.

Files provided are used only to carry out the commission and are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and the legal retention period for project records; afterwards they are deleted unless there is a legal obligation to keep them. The client may request their erasure by writing to hola@turboplug.studio.

Disclaimer

TurboPlug Studio is a graphic design and visual branding studio. We create visual identities, packaging and graphic materials on commission. We do not produce, store, distribute or sell any substance. The client is solely responsible for the lawful use of the commissioned designs and for the legality of the end product they are applied to. Any legal notices, logos or warnings included in the designs are added only at the client's request and under their responsibility.
